Vpop Yeh ! this is a offical topic about Vpop . This is sharing orignal songs by Vpop .
That mean songs are written by V- composer , sing by V-singer not COPY or TRANLATED foregin music .
[ I'm very angry about that . I never hear and support it .
]
But another songs was written by Viet orignal , are beautiful ... maybe I want to sharing ...

Viet songs are so good, most of them are relaxing to listen to (yes I'm viet! well, half...) but when they start singing rap in Vietnamese, I start getting weirded out....

Talking about good song in VPOP I have to mention Luong Bang Quang. I think he's a great singer and also a great composer. ^^ I really enjoy his music.

I dont listen that much since im a kpop freak LOL, but i do listen to it sometime, they have some good songs, and yes im viet.
I like Ung Hoang Phuc & Duy Manh, people say theyre ugly...but uhhh who cares i only to their voice anyways.
And NHAT TINH ANH & KHANH NGOC-VANG TRANG KHOC is really good. I listen to that one alot !!!

i love Lam Truong..
im more of a kpop freak but my cousin is Vpop freak so i got influenced..

Rinotanashi: i love vpop when they sing songs like Kiep ve sau ( i know it's an oldie, but it's a goodie) but when tthey rap,, oh please... stick with what ur mama give ya
anyone know what happen to ung hoang phuc?? i like his songs, and his voice is not what i called excellent but it's decent

i'm pretty much into Viet music as well... [of course not so much to those foreign songs, only some though]... I wud really really bash the song-maker if he/she takes the foreign song, changes the lyrics, and claims it his/her own... an example: that one "song-stealer" Phuong Uyen (she even said that copying is a way of studying different style of music" how lame!
besides those suckers, i love a lot of other artists: Mây Trắng, Lương Bằng Quang [yes], Mỹ Tâm, Lọ Lem, Vân Quang Long, ... and i'm more into music than the artists themselves... so any good catchy song, i'm on it

i used to like UHP, but he changed his voice into a weirder sound.. so i dislike him now >.,< i miss his old days, or his days in 1088 boyband

I use to like listening to Lam Truong as well but I dunno, I kinda lost interest...
The only vietnamese singers I listen to now is Minh Tuyet for pop and Tam Doan for a bit of country but that's about it.

I love Luong Bang Quang, too! He's a great composer and singer (even if his voice is mostly computerized).
Duy Manh is another wonderful composer and singer. I love his voice; it's very soothing.
To you guys that don't like Viet rap: you should really try listening to the newer rappers in VN if you haven't yet. My favorite is Young Uno. You can watch his "Tuyet Yeu Thuong" performance for Miss Audition here. Just watch the whole thing. ^^

I generally don't like Viet rap but this is really good and thanks for sharing. As for VN music, they're coming a long way and are improving.

I reckon you're too harsh on translated or rendition songs... it's a pity... cos then we can finally understand music that were originally from different languages. I mean... look at 4men singing their korean songs in vietnamese... I so bai phuc them for attempting!!!
I like... listening to good music. As long as it has a nice beat, understandable lyrics... some sort of meaning, then I'm all for it. Some Vietnamese pop music (aka nhac tre ) sucks b u t t, some is Ok...
ATM I likes: Luong Bich Huu, Quang Vinh (he's hot loooool), Minh Quan, Ho Hoai Anh, My Tam, Ho Ngoc Ha, Luong Bang Quang, Ung Dai Ve, LK, V4men (hehe), Thu Minh, Lam Truong (sometimes), Anh Khang!!!, Thuy Chi <3* etc. etc. etc.

hahaa...viet music, I don't listen 2 it all all, xcept if u count PBN,ASIA,n VS, otherwise nope. I don't lik the majority of american viet artists/songs cuz they're usalli always a remake of a korean or chinese song. I'd rather support the originals! If a viet singer was talented, they could write their own song or find sumone 2 write it, instead of takin it from other countries! Rite now, I obsessed bout korean music n luv chinese n japanese music! DBSK, BATTLE,XING!!!!!!!!!!!

i used to like Lam Truong... but then all his songs started to sound the same ... because hmm, they're all chinese? lolz...
I really loved that MV of his, "Thoi Anh Hay Ve"... it was cute how he brings a rose to his gf everyday, but when they broke up, he gave it to this other girl and patted her head. how i wished i was that girl haha
i like some of Quang Dung's song. There's the "Vi Do La Em" (Becuz it's You) song that's really rice.
and now my brain's kinda going whack on me so i can't remember anything else
but mostly i listen to oldddd songs from way back when, like before the war. quality lyrics contents and nice music... nowadays lyrics tend to sound like they're written by 2nd graders and the music is blah blah.

i remember now... the Quang Dung song is called "Con Ta Voi Nong Nang" ... it has a swan lake beginning

viet music lover here! heh As long as they're good- It doesn't really bother me much that they weren't orignially composed. but sometimes they just over do it. I think the best song ever composed/written/sung by a vietnamese artist has to be Duy Manh's - Hay Ve Day Ben Anh - Best song ever! you can't get bored of this song. Duy Manh is talented. Quang Le sang it too- but it doesn't suit him too well.

To all the people who said viet artists only copy... then you have to know that even Korean, Chinese, Thai... ect... they copy each other too...and so ... what's the problem about that. Just because its a good song so they want to sing it in their foreign languages, what's wrong with it anywayz... You people just like to blame everything on vn. and you should know better that they put Nhac Ngoai Quoc on those songs.
Anywayz everybody copies each other okie..so just don't blame everything on viet artists

But now , Vpop is so down . New artists are terrible in sing&dance .
