I love Fushigi Yuugi! My favoritest anime ever
It got me into anime.

the plot is okay, but i hate miaka so bad. and her japanese seiyuu is so annoying.

I really didn't get in to Fushigi Yuugi, I skip around a couple episodes because it was too draggy. The two things that motivate me to keep watching that anime was Tamahome and Hotohori. After prescreening around Fushigi Yuugi OAV, Fushigi Yuugi (OAV 2), and Fushigi Yugi Eikoden (OAV) I stopped watching the anime altogether because it was getting ridiculous.

This anime/manga was like my OBSESSION for the LONGEST time. Seriously, i was like Tamahome's number one fangirl EVER XD

Totally in love with it. So humorous, romantic and just so beautiful. Lovely story. forever love <33333

i just finished rewatching the first OVA. it's really one of hte best manga and anime there is out there. yuu watase and whoever writes the stories are geniuses. heh.

This series was so.....90s? I remember liking it back in 7th grade. Very good story and interesting characters. Many of the guys were hot.

I really enjoyed this manga.
I read the entire series from beginning to end when I was in Korea.
And let me tell you...maybe I'm being biased because I'm Korean, but
just reading FY in Korean (and manga and manhwa in general) was so much
better than reading the American translation of it. Hehe ^^
I guess because America and Japan has much more of a language barrier than
Korea, the translations are not as funny or cool as the Korean translation.

Hehe~

But, I recommend those who haven't read to read this manga!
And for those who are getting restless and think of it as too draggy...
Don't worry! You won't regret reading it from beginning to end.
Although, for the rest of the mangas to come out to the US...
yeah...you'll be waiting for a while. Hehe

i just started reading this manga & i'm only on volume 11. i don't know how the anime is, but i like the manga so far.

I just recently finished re-watching Fushigi Yuugi again! Great anime; although Miaka's voice can get a tad annoying: "TAMAHOMEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE"
