anybody interested in ping pong? to me, it's like, well, tennis on a table however i usually lose to people in my church because i just spin like hell and i don't move around a lot. i'm also left handed so i have to develop my backhand a lot but my backhand sucks. it's improving though, i think

i started playing 2 weeks ago
theres like a badly proportioned table in my school
nearly everyone uses shakehand so i use pen
i cant spin the ball and i cant block very well
i get owned all the time

I love playing table tennis. I find it vey fun. xD
I usually just have hits with someone for like 30 minutes, then we both get tired and stop.
I have a habit of calling it ping pong as well haha. Sounds funnier.
When your smashes are consistent, start versing some beginners and slog it at them. >=]

waaah table tennis is heaps fun

adn omigosh wen u see the pros play it its liek uwwaaaaah.....O______________________O

and then u see them go full out and do massive smashes. its awesome!

i love ping pong! however, my table is like folded up in the basement or covered with junk. one or the other i haven't played in a long while. I'm really bad at spins and so i'm trying to learn but i have some good reflexes. i used to play against my dad a lot so i'm ok at it.

i basically ran out of there.

It's fun, I just incredibly suck at it. When you play softball/baseball, you're not meant to play table tennis or yet alone tennis.

LOL ! I'm a left-handed too . But I'm no table tennis player .

My dad used to be one of those school team table tennis champs . But I never did know how to play the game properly . My backhand's alright , but I tend to use too much strength while playing with my forehand . And I can never take those spinning balls . Or the smacks . I'm seriously bad in it . I only take it as a leisure sport . It's relaly fun when the ball goes back and forth without dropping/falling off the table . LOL !

i started to like this sport back in my PE 3 class in college xD it was quite fun

still a basketball-holic my sport eversince i was 7years old. x]

My church bought two tables in August. One of my friends and I have always played at least once every week. The record, if I remember right, is like 5-2(me winning). He got lucky in the beginning, but now I'm winning every Sunday so far. We're the best at our church.

We are going to have a tournament in couple of weeks and too bad that I'm one of the "hosts" per say. I'm going to play, but if my friend and I end up in the finals, then whoever wins the semi finals would get the prize, since we're just better than everyone. It's so much fun, especially when you start hitting it 5 ft from the table.

I use to do training with a coach and playing in a weekly competition I also played for my school.
I stopped playing a lot because playing an individual sport isn't very fun =]
or another way to put it, playing soccer with my friends is more fun lol
i still occasionally play at church.

i used to play table tennis since we have the table at home. but yea ive stopped playing. i loved it!! the last time i played it was at a squash centre... lol

how do u get good at smashing/spiking?! i always hit the net... or doesn't hit the table haha..

It's fun ... except usually I play on the worst tables ... haha xD

But yeah ... I'm pretty good ... except my backhand needs a little work ...

It's not even a backhand ... It's more of an inverted forehand. lol

table tennis/ping pong is awesome fun..

used to play until yesterday.. it was so hot outside.. =X

we are so noisy though.. I must admit I go a tad crazy & smash every ball that the opponent serves to me..

its better to wait for the ball to go lower then hit it (across & down).. it took me a while to 'master' how to smash the ball...
keep practising.. once you get it.. you'll get it.. hehe

Ping pong is the best Its like a hardcore sport. REAL MEN PLAY PING PONG YEAHHHH!!! I started when I was 7 cuz my dad taught me, im good i guess. I use to play at church but no one plays now D: Seems like a lot of ppl play at church. All the asian churches ive been to have pingpong tables.

man! that sport is acutally really intense. i dont play. but when i watch other's play, they start sweating like crazy. i'm liek dang!
