Jo PD gets straight to the point with his sixth release Money Talks. He shares his views on a wide range of topics from the overspending habits of Korean consumers to the demise of music industry. The principal track, Korea City (Track 3), was written by Jo PD a few years before his debut in 1998. After some tweaking and fiddling around, the newly revised track contains lyrics filled with the singer-songwriter's own thoughts about modern day hardships. Uninhibited by the stereotypical formality of many musical genres, the unconventional sounds of his music show his great strength as an avant-garde artist.
In "Soybean Paste Syndrome" (Track 7) and "Luxury Syndrome" (Track 8), the singer-songwriter makes sarcastic remarks about the extravagance and vanity that have come to symbolize the country through Jo PD-style rhythm and lyrics. He also talks about the fall of the music industry in Music Is Dead (Track 10). Although Money Talks is packed with hardcore messages, it also offers a lighter, fun side with "First Love" (Track 5) and "My Daily Life" (Track 4). The last track, Pride, expresses the singer's undeterred willingness and determination in pursuing his own unique style of music. Now no longer just a singer, but also a husband and a father, Jo PD offers plenty of life lessons while still leading fans to jam to his own beat.

Witness the inner workings of a musical fusion. PDIS is the child of Jo PD and Yoon Il Sang, two of K-pop's most prominent producers. The duo that combined their creative geniuses for the first time in 2006 with Brown Eyed Girls' Hold The Line conjures up more magic in this experimental original work. Incorporating a kaleidoscope of sounds into hip-hop tunes, PDIS also showcases a stellar line-up of top artists like trot diva Ju Hyun Mi, Tiger JK, pop queen Uhm Jung Hwa, Brown Eyed Girls, and comedian-turned-singer Jung Joon Ha. Joining on the music bandwagon is May Doni Kim, an American-born, up-and-coming singer who was first discovered by Park Jin Young, the reputable producer who made Rain a world star.
Veteran trot singer Ju Hyun Mi hits all the right notes in Saranghanda ("Love You" - Track 4) with her signature coquettish vocals as Jo PD fires in his rhythmic patter and rap in between the verses. Jo PD's slow-paced rap infused with a repetitive, catchy chorus makes this trance hip-hop number one of the album's best attractions. Other highlights include Jung Joon Ha's debut song Love 4 All (Track 8), Uhm Jung Hwa's Queen of Charisma (Track 5), and Haebyeon Eh Yeonin (Track 7) featuring Kim Gun Mo and former Cool members Lee Jae Hoon and Yu Ri.

This project is a great example of the “new world” that Cho PD sings about: a professional musician writes and performs a song in support of Creative Commons and licenses it so that others can remix it. Then an amateur video producer is inspired by the musician to make a video for his track. And on top of that, the video itself is a collaboration with many photographers, all of whom have used Creative Commons licenses to clearly and legally state, just as Cho PD’s did, “Remix this, go ahead.”
