The fact that all I had to do was: eat, sleep and play. And when it came to school, I never had to study and still got As. Now I just look at my cats with envy

Oh and I also miss those light up shoes. I remember my mom buying me these Mickey Mouse light up shoes when I was in grade 4 and I was the coolest kid in class for a few days! It definitely beat Nike runners with air bubbles and most definitely the Pumas today IMO.

I miss nap time the most. I hated it then, but terribly missing it now

*Being able to wake up early NOT cuz I have to, but to watch Saturday morning cartoons.
*Going out afterschool just to play sports for FUN.
*Not having to translate everything for my parents cuz I'd be too young to.
*Having nice homecooked meals everyday.
*If I get sick I have someone take care of me instead of me taking care of myself.
*Worst thing that can happen is forgetting to do my homework.
*Homework.. Math was fun back then...
*Being a pimp cuz I was small and chubby and all the girls called me cute.

As a child : finding a good toy in a cereal box
As an adult : my stock portfolio going up 20+ %

Simple times...

One of the most casual things I remember enjoying so much as a child was having a jumbo bag of doritos to last through the weekend while living in front of my tv and nintendo.

Wooorrddd. I miss all those great shows of the 90's........they need to bring back Dinosaurs on primetime ("Not the Mama!").

I also miss blowing bubbles in the front yard. I remember hunting in the stores for the ultra cool guns that could shoot out the most bubbles, lol. If I do it now, neighbors will most likely call the cops on me.

my dog, Bertha...my bestfriend, Daniel (he was hit by a car in front of my house and passed away), my enemies (i liked to chase all the boys in the neighborhood), and the moment when i ran in the rain and climbed the tree in front of my grand's house ... oh, and played kites on he roof...man, i was so tomboy back then...and one more thing, i miss fighting with my brother ^^

8. Going to amusement parks with my parents and family friends
9. Trick or Treating on Halloween and listening to ghost stories from older kids
10. Playing original games with friends during recesses in elementary school
11. Birthday parties in grade 2 & 3
12. When VHS was still standard fare
13. Arcades
14. Old modem-less computer with point n click adventure games such as King's Quest

16. Never worrying about working and never having any responsibilities
17. Playing outside all day long and building snow forts during the winter

Toys that really rock: Water guns!! i use to soak my brother with my green watergun, toys that came with weapons xD, basketball! my all-time favorite sport. ^-^ a sharp shooter baller i am =D
