be sure to count how many times your doing the side oblique routine
or else you'll have uneven abs >.>

i use this video as a cool down
after the 8 min ab workout
its not AS hard but the guy helps you learn better techniques
in doing crunches and such
good luck!

edit:
yea i forgot to mention
you should keep your chin up [not touching you chest or anything]
looking straight at the ceiling
keep your elbows far far far apart like
this picture i just made <mellow.gif>
then you should start to feel a more intense burn
kinda

and leg lifts
those help carve out the amazing V
of the abs and stuff
so be sure to do those too

yeahh!! my friend showed me that.
he kept trying to make me do it everyday.. 'cause yeah, i'm pretty lazy and outta shape.. XD;;
but i only did it once.. it's quite a work out.

did you do it everyday?

i should try to do it more often = =

it's all about consistency. It wouldn't work for me because I'm not thin like you to begin with =[ right? Don't you need to have like NO fat there to begin with.

The abs will just eventually disappear and your stomach will flatten out. You will have fat if you just eat a lot.

no, fat dont turn into muscle and muscle dont turn into fat. When u doing exercise, ur fats melt away, leaving the muscle underneath more visible, and vice versa, if u eat too much without burning them, they'll layer up.

Haha we used to do this sometimes in aerobics last year. But I was really lazy and got bored after the first like 30 seconds.

its like you workout your stomach least
so without a constant way of burning off excess fat from that area, it will build up

AH! I cant believe someone else knew the results of this workout!
I remember i did this routine with my pilates back in the day and i had a 4 pack.
Girls don't worry, this will not bulk you up if you stretch properly afterwards.
I recommend this to everyone, believe me, this works. Thanks to the OP for posting this up ^^ congrats on your results.

so 8 minutes a day for 2 months will give good result? anyone tried doubling this? like 2 times a day for 1 month or 4 times a day for 2 weeks? does that work at all? since i guess our body also needs to rest instead of pushing ourself to the limit..

LOL me stopping after 30 seconds does not make me a procratinator. sweatingbullets.gif But good call, I really am a procrastinator.

Aerobics competition?!?! Ours was just a pe class haha. I took it for half a semester cause seriously, aerobics is boring. But idk. If i feel motivated I'll try doing this again.

I used to do this back in high school. The guy would make me laugh because he kept saying 'gang'. I have to say, it worked really well for me, but make sure you use the right technique or your neck will cry smile.gif
