Heya, I got a new car! Well I got it last Labor day but didnt have time to take pix and post them until now (ive been moving into a new place as well)...I got the 2008 Nissan Altima coupe, and I love it! Sure sure "Poor mans G35" okay okay...And honestly if I could afford a G35 i would have, but where I can stand right now, for a new 2door Altima coupe was my best choice. I got the 3.5 V6, but I didnt bother with too much option. I kept it basic, I dont need Navigation cuz Im good with directions, dont need a 6cd changer becuz it has an Aux plug for an MP3 player, and I dont need bluetooth since I dont have a phone that uses it. Only thing I kinda missed out on is the Bose audio system, but since Im not that much of an Audiophile, its not a big deal. Had it for a week now with about 360miles on it, trying to break it in quickly tho. The accelerator and brakes are still a little touchy but it is alot of fun to drive and really quick. And Ive only seen 1 other coupe around my area (Southern Mass), but I doubt thatll last long. Alright so here are some pix i took this morning after a wash.



I dont plan on doing too much Mods to it, perhaps after the wheels, ill just do Intake and get chrome grills, and maybe lips if i see one that is modest and cheap.

it kinda is...i mean the seats arent small themselves, its the leg room...there is none...if you were to have people in the back, both of the front would be just as tight...im gunna try not to lug more than 1 person around in it...

I was thinking about getting one because my boyfriend could get me some good deals since they have someone working at the dealership who can give us hook ups. I noticed that it's not 6spd MT. =((( whyy nott?! especially the fact that you got 3.5SE which means more hp, and if you got a MT it would have been faster than auto or tritrnoic. My boyfriend has the 350z and he told me hwo this coupe is ilke the bigger verision of 350z. I mean, i'm still contemplating to wehather i should get it or not because the clutch on the 350z is pretty long and stiff. so i was afraid that the altima would probably be the same. id ont know, but from what i heard, it's pretty easy and soft. You shoudl have gotten the MT. it would have been sexy. Don't you think the car kidn of resemble some kind of tc look?

it's a nice car except i would have preferred a sedan instead of coupe.
i have altima 2006 and wow, after 2007, it's a totally diff. car. i'm jealous. lol

i'm feeling the all the details of the rear end styling of this generation. nissan should've put it on the G37/G35S. and your color is beauty. when you put your wheels on it, be sure to put on some lowering springs... only to make it more nimble in order to dodge accidents, of course.

what's that emblem mean above the "ALTIMA" badge? think i need help... can't stop checking out that sexy @$$.

that emblem is the dealership, Clays Nissan...ill be taking it off tho...

still havent done anything to it yet, only becuz xmas is coming around and i cant spend money on the car yet, plus there really isnt anything out for it yet, besides expensive short ram intakes and an ugly front lip from stillen...

hopefully you know what you can and can't do to the car so you don't void the warranty.

Altima was all about the tail light. The new tail light for that Coupe just seems so Maxima. I don't like it.

Strangely I like the sedan a tad bit better than couple but both are beautiful. Best looking current Nissan IMO.

did you install those wheels on this yet? i saw this website callled dallasautomotiverestyling.com that sells a nice looking spoiler for this car. not sure if this is their original design or if it's a replica of some other company's. downside is it's fiberglass but it looks fitting.

i saw a white altima coupe as i was coming home tonight, it was really hot.

naw i havent put the wheels on yet, its starting to get icey and snowing around here, ill leave the stock tire on there until srping time.

ive seen a bunch of spoilers around, i dont like their look...i want something like the Sedan version, where it covers the whole trunk...alot i see just cover the little "hump" on it...ill wait around til spring to do anything.

becuz i wasnt looking into the used car market...my last 3 cars have been used and i figured if im gunna get a car this time, itll will be a new car.
