Whenever i buy gatorade, there's ALWAYS someone who wants a sip of it !
I dont know, i get annoyed since i'm a bit picky on my drinks and dont want anyones germs.
Like that PE, i had 5 friends ask for a drink. I dont want to say a straight NO.
'i need to save for cheer practice' , which was true but i felt it was a very lame excuse.
they gave a face. bleh. never bringing a drink out again.
grr. i really really dont like it when people drink my drink ..

I don't mind as long as they're not a complete stranger and they're not sick.

I don't like sharing drinks unless it's with family or close friends. I remember one time I bought Jamba Juice and asked my friend if she wanted some.. she took a sip and then offered it to her bf. I didn't want to say anything because he was with us the whole time, but I thought it was kinda gross. XP

Really? =O I buy drinks just to let people drink it all.

sharing anything at all is a no-no for me. ...unless im really really thirsty...but most of the time i survive.

I ususally dont' mind if I like know the person.
If it's just an acquaintance, I'm iffy on that.

My twin sister and I have no problem sharing drinks and stuff since we're kind of like.. the same person. I sometimes share with my brother.

Other than that, I don't really do it.

...and just last last week I let him take so many bites out of my dinner when he was incredibly sick (the next few days he got a fever of 101° T_T poor boy~) but I haven't gotten sick yet >_> lucky~

i mind people who share drinks with me actually... well, if it's from the same cup that's fine cuz u can always use a different side to drink, but if it's from the same straw, or same bottle, then... nope.

I just don't like the idea of exchanging salaiva who is your friend or family...if it were my girlfriend i guess not but man...that just gross me out. I would buy a bottle of sprite and drink a sip, then 2 person ask me if they can have a sip...i took a big sip and gave them the rest of the bottle.

I don't care about sharing drinks. From my experience though, my American friends tend to be extremely uncomfortable with it, but my Korean and Japanese friends don't care in the least. If it's my friend, I'll share with them even if they're sick. I mean I'll probably get sick soon enough anyway, who cares? I guess I don't really understand why many are so grossed out by bodily fluids and germs and stuff. We're all human right? *shrug*

No. I've heard all those horror stories about sharing drinks (a couple of years ago, this girl in my city got deathly sick after sharing a drink with a friend. Apparently her friend was carrying a virus that she was immune to, but the girl who shared her drink, wasn't.) I don't even like sharing drinks with my parents, so I would never share with people not even related to me, even if they're friends. ^^

The only ones i share my drinks w/ are w/ my family members. And if it's anyone else, they have to have a [separate] straw or something.. it's weird. I used to see random ppl sharing drinks all the time in HS... it's unhealthy. >_<

I don't mind people taking sips of my drink or bites of my food as long as they're my friend and they're not sick. XD

I only do that with friends at school, but waterfalls only. This guy friend of mine lipped it and I gave him the whole bottle.

I don't really care, I'm not a germaphobe. You get sick easier when you try to protect yourself constantly against any types of germs, because your immune system has little or no practice. So, I'll let people try a sip of my beer when I'm out at the bar if I know them. It's all good.

if they have a cold, no.
if they tend to have backwash, no.
if they're not going to tip it into their mouth and actually sip from the drink mouth bit, no.
if they're not my friend or someone i don't like, no.

I have issues saying no to people so I usually let them get a sip. But I don't drink out of it after them. I either let them have it or I throw it away.

That remind me. There's this guy with REALLY bad breath who just takes my drink without asking and drinks out of it. Once I forgot he drank out of it and ....I could taste his breath. D: It was the nastiest thing I've ever encountered. T^T From that day on, I hide my drinks from him.

If the person's a friend or family, then I don't mind (unless they're sick...then I keep my drink away from them XD). If it's some stranger...I'll drink most of the drink, then give the rest of it to them...if I feel like being nice ^^;

LOL when I was young I thought it was gross because of germs.

Now I could care less unless you're visibly sick.

You're more likely to catch a disease from opening a door than you are sharing your drink with a friend.
