i remember being obsessed with takoyaki last year... weird thing is, i never tasted it till last month o.o;; i was in lovee with the way they made it. it looks soo cool.

first, you pour the batter in, and add the octopus, flour, cabbage (optional), spices, etc


then you use a long thin stick and twirl it, getting it into a perfect circle (my FAVORITE part)


next you pop it onto a plate and put on takoyaki sauce (some substitute this for mayo), bonito flakes, and nori

and the sad part is... that when i actually tried it... i didnt like it. lolll.
