I've noticed a lot these days that people are getting turned off to sports. Whether it's the steroids, the money, the greed, video taping, the lies, etc. etc.
What's turning you off to sports? What is it about your favorite sport that you can do without?
Me? I'm sick of the Nick Saban/Bobby Petrino types. Me? I'd never send my kids to play for a lier.

I love and will never be turned off by basketball and tennis.

Even if there is money/greed, drug use/abuse, or any other controversy, I leave everything on the court/field. I believe, real fans should appreciate the game, during game time and ignore what happens off the court/field.

well if you the fan is getting screwed out of the game...like dumb refs(bad officiating etc etc) it'd throw me offf....

what makes me even more upset is thsi whole you have to play atleast one year of NCAA basketball to be eligible for the draft...i think the schools get screwed out of this and i would like to see some players play all 4 years

if you are a real fan, how would you feel if your team had two 40 home run guys on the same team, and both of them were taking roids? Or if your college coach promised your team he wouldn't leave for the NBA or a better college program, then bolted in the middle of the night?
Take Bobby Petrino, who tells all his players to give everything they have to him, to buy into what he's selling, then he just leaves 13 games into his tenure at ATL. Can you ignore that?

i just can't get turned off by basketball and baseball.
i've been a laker fan for as long i could remember. mid 90s till now. watching kobe bryant struggling as a rookie to where he is now is just amazing.
i'm just really excited right now because of bynum.
i've been criticizing him the past couple of years, but now it seems like he's getting into the game.
he's no longer a teen, and matured quite well.

all the laker magic.
as a laker fan, i could never forget all the laker magic.
they are truly a remarkable team with so many unforgettable moments.
i'm proud to be a laker fan.
