My definition of Sport:
(Noun) an athletic activity requiring skill or physical prowess and often of a competitive nature.
So of all the non-sport sports listed, i find golf to be the least sporty. Why? I dont know what's with people defending Golf. what's the big deal with some old fat white men (Woods not included) WALKING around with their clubs and hitting a tiny ball into a hole? I mean... not that technique isnt a big deal, but... COME ON. Give me a break... i can walk all day. THese men (and women) aren't truly being tested physically.
Cheerleading at least involves developing core and lower body muscles while doing routines (and dangerous stunts).
Baseball involves a bit of running and tons of upper body strength (definetely a lot more than golf).
Ping Pong... cardio (i guess?)
Bowling............................................................ well... i dont see much of a difference between golf and bowling.

Golf for me..WHY?..well, swinging a club at a ball and not breaking a single sweat says it all!
How can you call cheerleading a sport? lol

i can't defend the old white guys you mention but aside from baseball, golf is the most physically and mentally demanding out of the list. saying you can walk all day is way different than playing golf, you make your body twist and turn in ways it isnt meant to go over a span of 3-5 hours per round. and if you do this on a regular basis it breaks your body down from the arms down to the knees. and in your definition of sport you mention skill and competition. well golf isnt as easy as it looks and the competition is there. not everyone can just go out there and shoot a good score and be satisfied with that. you always see people getting pissed off cause whatever they are doing ain't working so golf does require some ability of skill and the competition comes from yourself or whoever you are playing with cause you want to beat them.
so i choose bowling, all you do is throw a ball to some pins in a controlled environment. not much difficulty there, and don't get me wrong cause i bowled in HS and i golfed in HS too and golf was more demanding skill wise and physically.
