Does anyone know anything about the animation of the korean drama 'I'm sorry, I love you' (미안하다 사랑한다). I watched a trailer on youtube.com but i can't find the rest of it and i really wanna watch it. Please help

I watched the 30 min. anime verison and k-drama as well.... The animation tells what happened in that one year after he died before she killed herself......It wasn't too bad....
