I'm not really savvy with this tool and I need to make grid lines? on word to write a defense paper.
Here's how the print layout should look like:




Sorry, I did this example on photo shop.
The lines aren't suppose to be that bold but just to show the example of how the paper should look like.
The title goes inside the center box.
The page numbers goes inside the little box to the left of the title box.
The paragraph goes inside the middle of course.
