First of all welcome aboard. I'm not fond of the Eclipse these days but I give Mitsubishi props for trying new bold designs. How do you like your car? I don't know anyone who has one personally so I don't have a clue on its driveability.

the new eclipses look a lot better in person than on the internet. for sure.

after seeing the Eclipse commercial, then showing an RX-7 bowing to the eclipse...I just and thought to myself yeah, right. Eclipse are garbage.

i agree. the earlier generation eclipses were mediocre but now they just got worse and worse. they shouldntve gotten rid of the turbo version.
the only good thing about the new one is the engine but even at that you have to get the v6 version. getting over 260hp. major drawbacks are huge wheel gap, fwd, weight, looks.

But to the OP you have yourself a nice car. I just don't think Mitsubishi should go to extremes when making their commercials.

I went to the dealer ship and i couldn't fit my knees touch the dash board even with my seat all the way back. im only 5'7

D: I used to want one.. until I went to the dealership. It reminded me of a ladybug.. very round.. and small.
The backseats looked so tight and compact..

Me personally, I started hating eclipses ever since the 3G commercial, where the white chick has a seizure in the passenger seat.

I hear Mitsubishi is planning to release another turbo Eclipse in the future.

I couldn't find the commercial any where, but I know some people on (obviously) did see the commercial

all eclipse commercials are retarded.

Personally, I think the newer facelift one... I think the 08 or 09's make it a BIT better than the current design.

However, think the rear room has little to no room at all. I wonder if it's as easy to drive as the last gen Eclipse. The clutch was really light and the throws were super short.

eclipses aren't that small, you probably just couldn't figure out how the seat controls worked.
