Me personally I like shopping at Best Buy. Circuit City just doesn't look inviting with it being such a small looking store, and Fry's is just way too far in my area.
There is like 9 Best Buy's and they're no more than 15 minutes away from anywhere in the city.
Office Depot, OfficeMax, and Ultimate Electronics don't count 8-).

If it has to be one of those three, then it would be Best Buy. Just because employees there actually ask me if I need help. I never need help unless I'm getting something that I can't on the shelf and the Cirucit City employees are just standing and I have to go ask them. Nothing biggie.
I prefer online stores like Newegg, Amazon, and etc, but you asked out of those stores.

I prefer Best Buy just like DKYang said..they actually ask if you need help.
But then I've never been to Fry's Electronics..
I find that Best Buy has better deals and more sales ...

I'm a bigger fan of Fry's electronics. Although the closest one is about 30 miles from where I live, i find the selection and price to be better than the Best Buy stores over here (two in the city, both are about 2-3 miles from where I live).

BBY .

Though some stores I like to avoid because of bad customer service. I find BBY is good for more consumer electronics. Fry's I like to visit if I need computer parts or related like ... NOW.

If it has to be a b&m store, Frys and BB if I'm in the US. If I have to do anything in Canada, I can float between BB and Futureshop, getting away with less than cost-price and packages. Nothing like getting 40-50% off + throw-ins.

Best Buy for everyday electronics, MP3 players, cell phones, dvds, music, blah blah.
Fry's for computer parts and the occasional game.
Circuit City for Black Friday.

I have to say, I much prefer the internet for buying electronic stuff because they usually have better selections and are cheaper. But I go to Best Buy for things that I need urgently because its close.

i buy a lot of stuff from newegg.com
super fast shipping and great prices
RMA is superb as well.
with best buy, circuit city, or frys i usually buy if they have good deals on their advertisements.
frys ads come in the oc register or la times on fridays
with cc and bestbuy, they come in the sunday newspaper.

i usually get things from newegg, but if it has to be a b&m store it'll be frys. customer service for any place is pretty much crap for any of those three stores. but i guess you don't need customer service if you know what your doing

i always find people at frys especially in the computing section to be rude.

We don't have those stores here.

But due to many trips to USA. I can say I do like Fry's a lot - a lot more than Best Buy anyway. xD

Not much of a online shopper for electronics.
I like to see them up close.
I usually prefer Best Buy. Since I'm a rewards member there.
Circuit City has some stuff for cheap, but they don't have most of the things I look for. So I just go to Best Buy.

Fry's has the worst CS ever, but they also have way better deals than BB, since they're a little more.. OEM/System Builder Oriented.
BB just sells standard consumer junk.. at like 100%-1000% markup over wholesale, whoop tee doo.

Best Buy... it's got the best balance of decent deals, clean, brightly lit stores and a fair amount of staff/salespeople.
Circuit City always feels cluttered to me. I can never find anything and the stores always feel kind of cramped.
Fry's is OK but I can never find anyone to help me when I need it.
