Mkay, I'm in the Fair & Flexible plan with my family (my mom and brother). But it's become too expensive because texting is 15 dollars EACH phone. We want to change into the Power Pack Family Plan because texting will only be 20 dollars for ALL phones. One problem: Our contract didn't end yet. Is it possible to just change plans? Or would I have to cancel this whole plan and just start anew with that new plan? Or am I stuck with this plan 'til the contracts over? Cancelling phones is so expensive.. I THINK it's 200 to cancel EACH phone. How crazy is that? Anyways... I don't know, help me out here, guys. Thank you in advance.

I think you can change plans but expect a 2 year extention. Personally I hate Sprint (I'm with them now) and we got in a mess because of stupid plan 'changes' (when we supposed to have that plan anyways). ANY CHANGE TO YOUR PLAN ADDS 2 YEARS TO YOUR CONTRACT. THINK WISELY.

I swear Sprint tries to be a good company and always fails miserably. Like the unlimited everything plan for 99$ but it doesn't include Blackberry phones. TAT'

Sorry for the bashing but eh, it's my personal opinion.

I agree completely but I'm stuck with them already for another 2 years 'cause I got a new phone, I just wanted to change the plan. HAHA, I would totally leave them if I could, but I don't got the money to cancel them. :'(

Anyways, thank you!! smile.gif

Your contract will end two years from the day you change plans. It won't add on to the time you already have left. They also have a family unlimited plan and they knock off $10 for each line you add. I forgot the starting price. I don't even know if this is true, but I read it at HoFo.

As for the $200 ETF. It all depends if you think you're going to save money in the span of two years. I can't explain well, but it includes all these calculations which I'm too tired to think of right now.
