I will stop myself from ditching.
sorry if i do though, i only have so much will power.
but im back for a while. (: got better at banners.

RULES;

1. HQ pictures only! btw HQ means high quality
2. ~~No DBSK requesting. I have my reasons.~~ I've decided - i have nothing against them anymore. DBSK requesties` are open.
3. Dark pictures preferred for best out come.
4. Please have rainy day somewhere in your request or you will be rejected.
5. Use for at least ONE day.
6. Provide more than one picture.
7. one person per banner.
8. jfhdsjgsjdg. 8 is a cool number
9. Pick up & say thank you.

i work better with dark colors, so most of my graphics are mellow or sad.
