When disturbed, the larvae can jump for distances up to 15 cm (6 inches).[1] Some people clear the larvae from the cheese before consuming; others do not.

I saw this on this one top ten most disgusting/bizzarre foods article.

thats really really gross. Did you know people wear goggles while eating that stuff?
Because the things can jump up into your eyes.

But I hear its banned from most places. good heavens.

I've seen it on TV before but I just can't imagine... eating worms and being able to enjoy the taste of sour soap tasting cheese while fully knowing that I'm going to have bloody diarrhea after dinner.
