I think the meaning of life is to live.
That's what I think.

i think there is no meaning, you gotta write your own...which is both scary yet exciting.

I know you want to gather people's opinions but I reckon you'll feel more comfortable and confident speaking about it from your own experience and perceptions.

once i asked this question to one of our substitute teacher..

i forgot what each word really meant, but i have to agree with his point.
To me, life is like Live or Die...

The meaning of life is learning and gaining experience.
You learn, live, and you laugh.

You make mistakes and you learn from them.
So it's either you gain or lose something!

Everyone has their own opinions on the meaning of life, though there can be no actual definite meaning. But the meaning of life to me is to have purpose, without purpose life itself would have no meaning. To have purpose is to have dreams, goals, just something to strive for and live for in life.

Hmmm, I think the meaning of life... is something that you have to find for yourself. Everyone is going to have different answers, some the same, and some that aren't. But overall, when we eventually do find it, well then... yeah. lol

Mines... is to simply be happy, and make others happy as well.

There is no one meaning of life to me, you create meaning by your actions, thoughts, and the love you show to others and yourself.

My meaning of life is pretty much just that we have the opportunity to find our little patch of happiness before we leave this world, so we need to get over little things, enjoy the people who love us, and do as much good as we can:)

Meaning of Life? Is not to question life but just live to the fullest. Because life is so fragile and vunlunerable it can be taken away within a blink of an eye. Life's too transcient and short to dwell on the matter.

i don't have a meaning to live on my life

To me, life is about making your own mistakes, and learn from them so you won't make the mistakes twice. Experiencing all the good and bad things in life and staying strong, but still being able to cry when you feel helpless.

Okay, that sounds absurd.

To reproduce - to give life to more people to live and play out "the meaning of life."

but in MOST.

Of course, every individual has a specific thing they "live for", i.e. dedicate themselves to. For example, I'd give my heart and soul for certain things. Then there are my friends, who have their own interests and goals in life. What we strive for, what we love - it all defines our existence, our life. Despite the little difference everyone's individual life makes in the endless stretch of time, we all try and make the best of it. Our insignificance is probably what makes us do so many things, like learning, singing, dancing, living....flickering lights, all together, alive. If a person needs a reason to live, glory and fame are meaningless. Those are silly concepts that has us all duped, and I admit I still want my piece of fame. In the end, we die...that's the sort of idea that comes up a lot. Someone once asked me, "What's the meaning of life?" some people even say that maybe there is not meaning to life at all. Yet everything has a meaning...it's hard to say it the way I want to, but boil it down, and life is life itself. "Living" is nothing more than existing, and if a person can find a moment to truly appreciate the existence of everything, they've found the meaning to life, because in everything there is beauty, and in beauty there is life. Each of these ideas depends on one's own understanding of what appreciation is. To me, life is something that I take for granted far too often. It's meaning is like the cloud of cold breath on a hot day - something I see only once in a while, even though it's always in front of me.


But I believe the answer should come from only yourself.
