He's also really nice and friendly and doesn't really act his age (like he acts younger)

I think if both people are over 18, thats when age really doesn't matter. If he's easy to be around (i assume thats what you mean by 'acts younger') then by all means go for it. Age is just a number.

My friend dated a guy who was 24 when she 19... and I think it was just the guy who was extremely bad for her... and let's say that if you are a virgin, you need to be prepared that he might not be. Sometimes you really can't tell. My friend, everyone thinks he is a virgin but he isn't. And I thought my boyfriend wasn't... but he was. Haha~ But if he respects you, that shouldn't matter. if his maturity isn't too far from urs, its totally okay.
