LIFE - J dorama i don't know wither it could be consider sad or not but i am watching it right now and it is heartbreaking.
A One Million Stars Falling from the Sky - J drama it as not as sad as the one you listed.
Sleeping Forest - but i did not like this drama

korean: I'm sorry i love you or damo (its really short and it's historical, but it AWESOME!)
japanese: Itoshi Kimi e (about a photographer who goes blind... really sad and sweet)
taiwanese: Silence
