well I was watching a japanese drama, and noticed alot of the guys had very thin bodies.

I dunno whenever I see a japanese man, I always think of "Thin bodyy.. nice eyebrows"

Is it the way their built? or do they wanna be that thin?

I personally don't care because the japanese guys I see, are freakin HAWT. lol

but anyway just curious.

Korean men.. alot of them have really fit bodies. Some are just average but arent as thin as the japanese men.

i think its half and half.
the food diet + lifestyle between americans and japanese/koreans/etc.. are different.
For example, in my opinion, japanese and koreans eat lots of fish/vegetables and depend on walking/bussing a lot more.

but uhh other than that its also what is popular/wanted o_o
for them to be able to pull of skinny jeans and what not they need to be quite thin.
if u look at korean celebs closely, a lot of them are really skinny too ><

Thats why I like Korean actors more...they have MUSCLE.
Well they are thin too...some weigh less than me.


Anyway, some have a obsession with dieting. The guys want to be thin like the girls too.
And metrosexualism is totally in over there. Small face, thin body, nice facial features are really important..and yes their eyebrows are so neat lol.
And well, Japanese guys naturally have small bone frames so some are just naturally skinnier than others.

And I think its just the culture. Thin is in...while I think Korea entertainment emphasizes more on the men should get muscles while the woman need to be...really skinny.
Maybe I'm wrong but that's what I see.

I think stress affects their bodies and yeah...their diet is totally different from America.

But yeah Japanese actors are hot, I love them<3xD

yerh a lot of the japanese guys i see are scary skinny O_O its probably cause they want to be skinny cause they think it looks good?
but they should buff up like how yamapi did ;D cus they become twice as hot aha

because they have nice balanced diets
and they do alot of walking, its hard to travel around the city with a car

i've never seen a fat japanese .. as in obese

i've seen a lot of skinny chinese, japanese, korean, and english men
i've seen large japanese men before too. you just dont see them in dramas or movies
i mean...you wouldnt want to watch a big guy playing miyavis role, right? lol

japan, with their diet, its alot healthier than the choices we have here, and they get around by feet alot-so its easier to be thin (i guess) but
of course guys like yamapi was thin skinny then got buff
i know many japanese people as in here in the us, the guys are moderate sized and so are the girls, and some are on either end-but thats with everyone also.

I naturally have a thin body too, my waist is like 28 inches, if you ignore the butt and chest I'm thin too.

it's their diet.
japan is like the most healthiest country or something. like their life expectancy is the highest in the world.
so it's all skinny for them~

japanese men are just as bad as girls are with their weight.
they always think they are fat and constantly dieting (from what i've seen)

I have so many japanese magazines where they have a section for (ALREADY SKINNY) japanese guys and how to get skinnier.
and i've met a couple japanese guys who are already really skinny and are on diets. they even called themselves "debu"

i havent really seen any overweight Japanese before i dont think. i think because of their lifestyle and most of their foods are healthy.

i've noticed that aswell and always wondered why.

but yeh i guess its like their genetic make up , lifestyle and diet all wrapped into one.

I prefer muscular guys, so whenever I see such a Japanese guy I'm like "Gosh... dude, go to the gym and eat a little bit more O_____o".

A lot of it is probably whats "in" in that country too. A lot of the time I see Japanese guys who I think are TOO thin... same goes for Korean girls (models)... but that's the pressure to look like that.

Its more of the trend thing I guess. I dont think japanese women care about bodies as much as koreans/americans.

And Miyavi's technically half korean or something like that so its not genetic.

i think it's because thinness on guys is more attractive in japan than korea. correct me if i'm wrong. i don't think it has to do with their actual bodies. i think korean guys can be thin like that too, if they wanted to be. i think thin has more effect on guys with the j-rock style which is obviously more common and/or popular in japan. of course this is based on just my knowledge. =/

Japanese foreign exchange students came to my school.
1/3 students/boys were buff. The other two guys looked really skinny. o_o

i think if we were there in japan and grew up there, the guy being skinny won't even concern us because we were normalized in a way that skinny is good there.

Asians most of the time are thin doesnt have to be a japanese.
Its just i guess culture and how it effect us, I seen though a lot of overweight asians.
But they live in America o.O haha, anyways in movies I don't think they want a overweight guy

They eat alot of vegetables and fish, drinks alot of water, and walk a whole bunch!

japanese guys are always super skinny(well usually the fob ones; nice brows too...=])...for japanese girls, its seems to vary....there still not really big tho...and they're all very pale...

I think they have small bone structures lol..
they don't drink milk..
