You're basically asking us to do it for you. This is something that anyone can do. Just watch television and pick any two commercials. Seriously, this homework you have shouldn't be that hard. If there's something you don't understand, you should come back here.

^ totally agreed. either that or type in tv commercials on youtube and find an interesting one there.
