^ Here are some links about it...supposedly it works but I wanna hear it from soompiers who've tried it...you're supposedly supposed to lose 9 pounds every 11 days or something. It's some kinda method to "confuse" your body.

So for breakfast eating a 2,500 calorie value meal is good. Then at lunch eat a 3,500 calorie value meal. Then at dinner eat a 2,500 calorie value meal again. Then at supper eat a 1,000 calorie value meal.

Then the next day mix it up and eat a 3,500 calorie value meal. Then at lunch a 2,500 calorie value meal. Then at dinner a 1,000 calorie value meal. And so on and so forth. This has to continue for at least 2 weeks.

Uhmmmm....omg...perhaps it would work better if u started off with less calories for each meal...
3500cal just for one meal is definitely unheard of in any diet.

i read about this and my friend decided to try it out. he ended up gaining massive weight within a short period of time.

3500cal, 2500cal, 2500cal, 1000 cal...

thats a good 9500 cals..NOT including junk food @_@

we[guys] should be taking in 3k cal a day
and girls should be taking in 2k cal a day..

the best way to lose weight "dieting" to me would be eating multiple meals that are small portions, i eat about 4 meals a day...and 3 "snack breaks" and i only take in 1900cals :X

That's A LOT of calories.
I guess you can try with less calories.
I dunno, I doubt this thing will work.

i posted up something similar a few weeks ago, check it out: http://www.soompi.com/forums/index.php?sho...p;#entry8751233

'calorie shifting,' also called zig-zag is meant to keep your metabolism at peak levels. a lot of body builders use this tactic when trying to lose fat or gain muscle with minimal fat gained.

i cannot vouch for the links you put up though. the person who wrote that ezine article doesn't know what he/she is talkin about. the yahoo answer does a better job at explaining it.
