Have u guys ever thought of getting fit thru pole dancing? =D
I saw this video:

and as a dancer, I become very interested in this type of fitness.
It's a combination of pilattes and yoga. Very difficult to perform if u ask me =D
And also a great way to build up and tone muscles.
The girl in the video claims she learned all the moves all by herself. ><!
It's crazy how good she is, considers she's self-taught.
