May I know what do we use to play files with .mmf file extension.

.mmf is a ringtone format. Common players such as WMP, VLC Player can't play this format sadly. But you can play it through this player: (it's roughly around 12mb)

Install it and just drag your mmf file to the list there. It'll play.
