I've always been curious if I don't know how my voice sounds like or what.
When I record something on my mic my voice ends up lower than it actually is and it makes me sound less...like a girl?
Also on the phone when sometimes I can hear echo I think I sound different

Anyone think that about their own voice too?

some times i think my voice is so weird!!and it sound so low..
i never like to listen to my voice if the phone has the echo!! coz i can hear my suxky voice >_<

sometimes when i go to karaoke with my friends i cant even recognize my own voice LOL
and on the phone most people cant even tell its me ._.

when i sing sometimes i sound different with a mic...i hate it...it sounds little ish~

it's because telephones cut off certain frequencies out of your voice. It ranges cutting below 300-1000Hz and cutting above 3000Hz. This makes the voice clearer and more defined.

my voice sounds a bit higher when i record it and normal on the phone ^^ but when i use high-end mics like when im performing my voice sounds the same
