I used to be a criminal justice major. But it's kind of a useless major if you're looking to go into law school :T (as I found out later). Most law schools prefer people who were either English, political science or philosophy majors.

I understand that. I want to do homicide and am very passionate about that.

I'm studying criminology now and am enjoying it. So far I've had the same professor for my criminal justice courses and he's fun and I always enjoy his classes and he's a former officer himself who used to focus on corrections. I was going to do law but I figured it was would take too much time and money and plus I'm more into homicide now days than straight up law.
