So I couldn't control myself and I ended up popping all of my big under the skin pimples.. aka cystic pimples...
and now, it's like BRIGHT red.
>__< I'm so embarassed to go out in public.
Does anyone know how to get it to not be so red and heal? cause I don't want huge scars >_<

ooh ouchh. i've done that before but I regretted it so much after. But it really is so tempting cuz they're so enormous and they dont seem to ever go away. i just put on tons and tons of neosporin hoping it wouldn't scar but a lot of times the redness & damage spread and there were just a huge dark scar on my cheek. they faded eventually, but there's still a light mark.
i would recommend getting this thing called DuoDerm. it's like a medicated tape sort of thingie that heals and creates artificial skin. if i had it back then, I would have stuck it on there forever

ouch its okay i've done worse lol
so it really popped
like all the puss came out?
best you can do is ice it
so the heat from it would be absorbed from the ice
you can also try dabbing some hydrogen peroxide on it
to prevent infection
just...let it heal
if you think about it more, the stress will just give you more pimples

ouch o__o i didn't even know you can pop those ><
i usually just leave them alone until they go down D:
umm i'd just wait it out and put some acne medication/cream on it. you can't do much after because you've already done the unthinkable XD
get special acne scar fading stuff after it heals...but usually acne scars do eventually fade after half a year- a year or so without any medication.

I use Proactiv's skin mask thing, and it really does work! .... well for me it does. It swells down the bump and rids the redness a bit. Just keep using it on a daily basis. There's two ways you can use it, either as a face mask (using it 2-3 times a week) or if you want the effects quickly, then dab on a bit of the creme on the effected area and leave it over night.

Cystic pimples take extremely long for it to completely heal.... but since you popped it, you'll probably have a scar there for a while

Stop picking at it and put on some Neosporin when you're at home when no one is around.
