I think most of us have the 9-5 workday sitting infront of the desk all day, slumped over the monitor screen.
I think my posture is getting really bad...and I've had this problem for YEARS before I even had a computer...its weird.
Anyhow, now that I'm working 9-5 and literally slumping over the computer screen day-in, day-out, i can feel my neck and shoulder/upper back posture getting worse and worse. At times, I constantly have straining of the upper-back.
So...yo uguys, how do you correct your posture?
I don't think I even know how to sit up "right" anymore. Does getting those back braces really help?
Exercise and whatnot?
