Full Version: Bad Posture

I think most of us have the 9-5 workday sitting infront of the desk all day, slumped over the monitor screen.
I think my posture is getting really bad...and I've had this problem for YEARS before I even had a computer...its weird.
Anyhow, now that I'm working 9-5 and literally slumping over the computer screen day-in, day-out, i can feel my neck and shoulder/upper back posture getting worse and worse. At times, I constantly have straining of the upper-back.

So...yo uguys, how do you correct your posture?
I don't think I even know how to sit up "right" anymore. Does getting those back braces really help?
Exercise and whatnot?

i usually move my keyboard and mouse to the edge of the keyboard so i have to sit back when i type and do my work. it has helped. other than that, i go to the gym and do back exercises so i could keep straight when i can. it's done wonders as i don't feel so much strain on my back when i try to straighten up.
