Hey guys, I'll be doing a paper on 'Ports Vs. Nature' for PR. There's this port in malaysia tthat wants to expand by building a second terminal and because of NGO and environmentalist protests, they attracted some bad unwanted attention. They came out supporting the Save the Seahorses campaign. I came out with 3 research questions but i am not sure if it supports my problem statement. Any other suggestions? comments will be greatly appreciated.

My Problem Statement is to research on how important it is for companies to keep their positive image in order to ensure business sustainability by using PTP’s crisis as a case study.

These are my questions.

1. How big of a role does the Media play in promoting your company’s image?

2. Will public perception affect the business? (Will the public’s impression affect the number of TEUs?)
(i was thinking of including Investors in this. If the company doesn't have a good image, investors or potential investors might be turned off)

3. What impact has been created after the port carried out public-social responsibility?
