I've read the rules but still not sure if this can be asked..

I tried using the Super conversion programme to convert this file to mp3, but it didn't work. Because the file was unknown.. (I don't know how to use the software, I asked someone else to do it and they said it doesn't work)

It plays fine on my computer (Winamp) but it doesn't show up as an mp3 file when I put it in my phone.

Can someone who's a pro at these things, kindly convert it for me please? I can PM you the file url address.

Can you not right-click on the MP3 in WinAmp and look at its properties? What is its extension?
