I like to think of myself more as a leader but looking back I never really led any people in anything so I chose follower.

depends on the situation... if there's someone better able to do the job, or if it's something i'm not all too interested in and don't have to do, then i step down and just play support.

if it's something i really want, or the situation requires someone to take lead and take over, i do it.

i guess my answer would be both then

I guess I'm more of a follower than a leader, I like going with the flow.

I'll only be the leader if no one is up to leading, they aren't leading properly, and if it's something I love.

I am a leader, it's just that nobody follows.
Other times I'm a follower, but it's sometimes hard for lil ol' me to keep up.
