Well I usually go the gym at like 11 PM, and come back at like midnight... and I'm usually really hungry afterwards. I try to not eat, thinking that it kind of counteracts the 600 calories I just burned, but I'm so hungry sweatingbullets.gif

If I eat healthy foods after going to the gym (carrots, apples, other fruits and veggies), is it going to make me gain weight? Or should I just go to sleep quickly before I get even hungrier? tongue.gif

It's not good to go to sleep when you're hungry.
So you should eat something like carrots or celeries cus it has like 0 calories.

try to avoid simple carbs [fruit]. stick with veggies [without additions like ranch, peanut butter, etc]. low fat cottage cheese is fine too. i usually keep low to 0 carb past 10pm [or 2 hours before i sleep].
