Hrm, I hope there isn't already a thread for this game, buh i looked thru most ofteh topics n didn't see it!

WeLL, Who here PLAYS?? I LOVE this game. I know it came out a while ago, and that the 2nd one is comign out (in USA) around November, but I just got the first one a couple days ago, and so far I up to the 2nd round in Expert mode.

My favorite song has to to be EVEN RATS by The Spill. Its so AWSOME and fun on the expert mode.

I use to be overly OBSSESSED with that game. xD cant wait till they make guitar hero 2. I dont remember my favorite song.

haha this game is pretty fun. It makes you feel like a rock star.

So....does this thread cover Guitar Hero II? I love that game...play if with every opportunity I have. My cousin can play on expert....which I believe is nearly impossible for me. I think hard is....hard.

I like the "Beast and the Harlot" song in Guitar hero 2. It's pretty nice-sounding, even if the theme isn't...but yeah.

And Free Bird...OH MAN. If you really want to torture yourself, play this song on expert mode. You'll just cry.

They need to add the original Power Rangers theme as a bonus song in the 3rd game.

HAHAHHA yeah. Free Bird is a good song, but it takes forever to finish =/.

I played this game at a friend's house

it was fun (even though i wasn't good at it..)

i suck at hard mode. there are certain parts on shout at the devil that i can't do correctly at all. i'm just not used to the 5th button yet.

my save data became corrupted a few days ago too so i had to start a new one. that was just weird.

I love playing this game. It's one of my favorite games

It was so freaking hard. I'll stick to DDR.

it's hard when you first play it but it get's easier if you keep playing it. It's like getting better at DDR.. keep playing it until you can do it lol.

Yep. Just picked up the newest Guitar Hero; Guitar Hero Encore: Rocks the 80s. It's not the best of the 3 games out right now since it only has 30 songs and the price is high ($50) but it's still a fun game nonetheless. It's something new to play =].

OK, I was trying to enter the cheat to unlock all the songs in quickplay but it's not working.

I went to the Cheats section on the game, entered the correct sequence [YO, RB, RO, GB, RY, YO, RY, RB, GY, GY, YB, YB, YO, YO, YB, Y, R, RY, R, Y, O] & it said "Unlock All" on the screen. I pressed the (+) button, and then it brought me back the the cheats main page but everything was still locked. I tried googling to see what I did wrong, but nothing comes up.
Is there certain conditions that I must complete before the cheat works?
Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks![/strike]

I don't know how to play this game... o______O;

I prefer Guitar Freaks a lot more. xP; The last time I played Guitar Hero I failed miserably because I couldn't hold and play at the same time because there were 5 keys. o.o;

I like Guitar Hero (I've got III, and played the two previous ones) but it feels like it's been overshadowed by Rock Band.
After all, Harmonix moved to EA to make Rock Band, leaving a new development team for GHIII. Personally, I like many of the songs on GHIII, but some of them feel out of sync.
I also don't really enjoy the whole capitalization of the GH series, now that there's going to be a GH: Aerosmith, as well as one for the DS (which ironically, is strummed with the stylus.)
However, the game is still great and still fun, but I do prefer Rock Band, since there's much more variety of play due to the instruments, great multiplayer, and weekly DLC.

i have all 4 released versions, beat all of them, planning on getting aerosmith

i play guitar hero on expert, as my friends call me , i am the " GUITAR HERO" which used to be my boyfriends title, but i stole it now!!
i looooooveeeeeee guitar hero!!!! its my fav. seriously. even my boyfriend tells me " theres more to life then guitar hero hunny" then i beat him with my guitar LOL!!! i love this game, and its cuase of him i got addicted.

I LOVE Guitar Hero, especially Guitar Hero III.
I play it on the Wii, it's awesome!!
Though I'm not good (I play on easy), I still like it a lot.! ^^

I played it once and it was pretty fun.
