Casker is a one-person project that consists of Lee Juno [이준오] (programming, synths, samples, dsp) with Lee Yung Jin [이융진] (vocals) and Lee Jin Wook [이진욱] (acoustic and electric pianos).
They've been compared to Clazziquai Project many times, which is how I first discovered them but their styles are still different. Casker definitely has more solely instrumental songs and doesn't sound so "pop" like Clazziquai. I guess they are more abstract in the sense that they use a lot more elements of electronica so it sounds more "techno".
So far Casker has released two official albums (The Planet Built with Steel, Skylab) and the third one is coming out on Nov. 24th. I believe it's called 'Between'.
I really like them and they're really mellow to just listen to... so if you havn't checked them out already I definitely recommend you do :]
Anyone here already listens to them?

I don't think they sound anything like Loveholic...
But I love their 3rd album. It's amazing... they're heavier on the electronic beats than Clazziquai, in my opinion.

Yep and Yoonjin did show up for the performance with Epik High for a few seconds. If Epik High decide to sing that song after the song Fan, she'll definitely will show up more often.
I like Casker. They have a darker sounding compare to ClaZziQuai. Also, you guys should try Jeppet.

I totally love their 3rd album.
I just downloaded from ZD.And.....i'm downloading their first and second album too.
I love their bossanova and electronica songs. They're quite comparable with ClazziQuai.
But yeah,i do feel ClazziQuai is more mainstream, but still i love both of them!!!
Their bossanova and electronica songs are incredible.
They have sang for the Coffee Prince OST,Mocha.
I think they're a bit heading mainstream? But bossanova is still not considered mainstream...

i feel they're heading mainstream too. especially now they've sang for coffee prince such a popular drama.
just like how clazziquai did 'my name is kim sam soon' and then to their present mainstream status.

Accidentally browsing through internet and find out about this band. They are different than clazziquai ( their music and sound more commercial ) and Humming Urban Stereo but somehow they say that if u can listen to this to band then u dont mind listening to casker.
I would describe their sound is dark, dreamy and cheerful sometimes.

over the years i have found and liked some of casker's songs but it was not until recently that i've turned into a big fan. Now I love them!!
I am happy they are getting more publicity but I hope they don't lose their distinct sound.

Casker is absolutely amazing.
I discovered them through a song called 고양이와 나 Part 2 and her voice was great!
I would really like to know more about them.
Does anyone have any pictures or further information?
(And what kind of genre is the type of music they produce? Is is electronica?)
